Transportation Company

In 2012, we were approached by a company seeking help with a web-based application initially developed by another firm. Due to delays and quality concerns, the client had lost confidence that the project would be completed successfully. We took over the project, completed the remaining development work, and later performed a full system rewrite to significantly enhance its functionality, user interface, and security.

Restaurant

We were contacted by a restaurant to redesign their out-dated website that was difficult to maintain and no longer reflected their image. We worked with their graphic designer and created a site that is easy to maintain and matches their image. This revised site showcases their menu with high-quality food images, menus that are easy to find and read and a list of events and performers.

Golf League

A local golf league was struggling with a complex Excel spreadsheet system for managing weekly player scores and team rankings. The manual process was time-consuming, error-prone, and created delays in publishing results to league members.

Dance School

A dance school was frustrated with a fragmented system of paper records and Excel spreadsheets to manage student enrollment, class scheduling, and payment tracking. We developed a complete, all-encompassing solution for this school.

Billiards League

A local billiards hall relied on a legacy league management system from the early 1990s that is now incompatible with newer computers. Through a detailed database analysis and extensive meetings with owners, we reverse-engineered the business logic and user workflows of the original system. The result was a modern desktop application that maintains full functional equivalence while dramatically improving usability. We also developed a companion iPad scoring application that allows players to input scores directly, streamlining the scoring process and reducing administrative overhead.
